We hope you love your Club d’Oro item  but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no explanation required.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unworn and unused

• The hangtag is still attached

• The item is in its original packaging
  (If that’s not possible, please pack it securely using protective materials)

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
