5. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To initiate a return, please complete our online return form and use the return address for SiPack. Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.
